Maintenance and Support Frame Communications Ltd provide maintenance and support contracts to ensure business continuity to its customers, who are often operating to timescales and evolving telecom standards that put them constantly under pressure. The security of equipment availability and telephone support enables support contract customers to get help, guidance and a faster turn-around to repairs should equipment fail or configuration issues arise. These contracts operate over a 12 month period and cover (in most cases) Hardware repair, Software support (telephone) and Software upgrades to the latest releases for an annual fee. Contract customers gain expedited support and precedence over non contract support calls. Customers without support contracts may be charged for support at rates as appropriate for the products and services requested but at no guarantee to response times.
