Direct Quality® R7

Direct Quality R7 is a complete service-level test management system that is based on a telecom-grade server accessed via an intuitive web-based OSS interface. It easily automates complex test plans; centralizes test data storage and reporting; and provides real-time QoS alarm management from network elements, service-level testing probes and responders. Scaleable to very high-load applications and an unlimited number of users, the DirectQuality R7 system is being used in some of the worlds largest Telco and Cable MSO VoIP deployments.

DirectQuality R7 simplifies business-level QoS decisions by providing complete service-level test automation for VoIP, Fax/Modem, IP data, video and PSTN Voice calls. Complex multi-metric QoS analysis is simplified through pre-defined, expert-based servicelevel classes which can be fully customized to reflect service provider SLA specifications 

 

 

GatewayDQ

GatewayDQ is an open architecture, XML-based interface that bridges DirectQuality R7 to leading operational support systems.
