Our UK Test Sales Team (now covering technologies that include: IP,
ISDN, SS7, SDH, Wireless, WiFi, xDSL, VoIP, Ethernet & Optical in the
signalling, media, QoS and transmission market) is looking to recruit an
additional Technical Account Managers & Sales Executives, who will report
to the Sales Director. The successful applicants would be working with Brand
names such as Tektronix, Exfo, VeEx, Sage Instruments, Arcatech and others.

Technical Account Manager/Sales
Executive RF, Transmission and Broadband (RTB)
A position exists for a
Technical Sales person to spearhead New and Existing Sales into the RF, Wireless,
WiFi and Transmission/Broadband market place with a range of Test &
Management products aimed at Equipment vendors, Installers and Telecom Network
operators. Knowledge of Radio Transmission,
(RF)and Telecoms Transmission technologies, or 2G/3G
and/or 802.11 a/b/g/n, networks would be an advantage. (ref

Technical Account Manager/Sales ExecutiveProtocol
Conformance & Performance (PCP)
A position exists for a
Technical Sales person in Protocol Conformance & Performance Testing which
is at the heart of our portfolio and customer base. This position requires good
knowledge of PSTN & Next Generation (NGN) protocols and testing methods of
both Equipment Manufacturers and Fixed & Mobile Operators. Promoting both
Lab based development tools and field solutions to suit customer applications
in the PSTN, Mobile, VoIP, IP, IMS and other signalling and media test areas.
Applicants should ideally have knowledge of Telecom Manufacturers (NEMs) and/or
Carrier organisations together with Signalling knowledge would be a distinct
advantage for this role. (ref.PCP1)
Technical Account Manager/Sales
Executive Network Quality Assurance (NQA)
A position has been
formed for a Sales professional to promote & develop Network Quality
Assurance solutions to Small and Major accounts in the UK. This post will
promote sales of both Network Monitoring solutions (NMS), GUI based
Visualisation Tools and Active Testing systems.
Knowledge of Monitoring solutions, Revenue Assurance and Quality of
Service (QoS) standards in Carrier and System vendor organisations would be a
distinct advantage and familiarity of the UK carrier or ISP market sectors.

Main Objectives and
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- The development of Sales in
a specific number of strategic Major Accounts/Territory or Product Set and
will focus on a selection of technologies according to your background and
expertise. You will define an account development program for each of
these accounts, in order to grow sales revenues for Frame's expanding
distribution product portfolio.
- Developing a good operational
understanding of each Major Account and be fully aware of their core
business issues and strategies.
- Building new relationships
and enhancing existing relationships with key decision-making individuals
within these major accounts, to maximize sales opportunities within each
account.
- Providing detailed monthly
forecasts to meet Company & Personal objectives.
Key Skills should include-
- Exceptional prospecting and
proposal skills. You should be PC literate and able to create your own
quotations/proposals for customers expediently.
- An ability to self-generate
sales opportunities and provide a clear and concise brief for
telemarketing to assist in Product and Account penetration.
- An ability to identify
potential future requirements for test equipment and keep abreast of new
telecom technologies as they evolve. You will be aware of the need for
continual learning, self study and training to keep pace with the industry
and our expanding product line.
- Ability to demonstrate a
successful sales track record selling into the corporate sector.
(preferably into the Telecom & ISP industries)
- A good technical background
in general Telecommunications and having an Understanding of IP, ISDN,
SS7, Wireless, PSTN, VoIP, ATM, Transmission, Ethernet, Optical or similar
technologies would be a distinct advantage.
- A good understanding of
Telecommunications & Networking LAN/WAN and familiar with CRM systems.

Location
The office is based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You will be
responsible for customers mainly located in the south of England and M4
corridor area, although some may be located further afield. Therefore the
candidate will ideally be centrally located or live in or around London or the home counties.
