This role is all about having the right attitude and drive
to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in either
Telemarketing or Telesales or show aptitude to develop this role from sound
communications skills. You must also be tenacious and be a team player.
The Role
The purpose of the role is to generate leads and setup meetings with prospective
customers for the field sales team within the Telecommunications market place.
The Company Sell and support a range of specialist Telecoms Testing Tools &
Management Systems to Carriers, Manufacturers and System Integrators in the B2B
marketplace.
You will be
generating sales opportunities through outbound telephone calls and email
campaigns, working from lists/databases that the company already have. You will
be expected to develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the Company's
products and their value proposition and to be able to search databases and
look for clients that could be potential prospects to whom the Company can
promote their products and services. The role involves working on specific
campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
There may also be products
that you are able to cross sell and/or up sell for the Company. Logging and
recording all calls and following up leads that you have generated, before
passing on to the nominated Account Manager.
You should have a
good telephone manner and be computer literate and able to use desktop
applications (office) email applications and CRM/Database tools.

Frame Communications Limited has been operating in its chosen market for over
17 years in the UK, Ireland and parts of Europe and works with world-wide
suppliers. It is now looking to recruit a Telemarketer who is motivated and a
self-starter to join their small, friendly office in Aylesbury, Bucks.
Who should Apply
You will either be a seasoned Telemarketing/Telesales individual from within
the Telecoms Testing or Network Management arena with sound technical and
commercial skills, from a technical background looking to break into Sales or a
Commercial Manager who understands how our target customers operate. Alternatively
you may feel you have other relevant skills to apply for this role.
